Once a booking is confirmed, significant resources are allocated to ensure you receive the best possible experience. Our artisans meticulously prepare for each workshop by gathering materials, customizing content, and dedicating their time to provide you with a tailored, high-quality session. As a result, refunds are not possible once your reservation is made.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we are happy to offer flexible rescheduling options. If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we can reschedule your workshop to a future date at no additional cost. This allows you to still enjoy your crafting experience at a more convenient time.

Please note that if you fail to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice, or if you request a reschedule within 48 hours of the workshop, additional fees may apply. We encourage you to review your booking carefully and reach out to us if you have any concerns or scheduling conflicts.
